Mill Corner Longhaus: In Progress
We are currently constructing the first Passivhaus in Sheffield, a project that embodies sustainable living and forward-thinking design.
Situated with stunning views of Mount Roland and the surrounding countryside, this home is being built to Passivhaus Standards and is on track to achieve formal Passivhaus Certification.
Designed by Align Architecture & Interiors, this residence prioritises energy efficiency and comfort, ensuring a sustainable and functional home for our clients for years to come.
Commencing in January 2025, this project is expected to be completed later this year.
Wild South Homestead: In Progress
We are bringing our client's vision to life at the Wild South Homestead, a project designed by Align Architecture & Interiors.
This residence was designed to maximise the breathtaking panoramic views available from this unique site, while also creating a private and tranquil living space.
The central courtyard, a fundamental design element influenced by traditional Japanese design, provides both privacy and a sense of inward focus.
We look forward to completing Wild South Homestead later this year.
Storage Sheds: In Progress
We are currently working on an industrial development in Stony Rise.
The first of these is a 13 unit development and these units are now available to purchase
Sheffield Workshop: In Progress
We are constructing an extension to the Davies Office. The Workshop will initially be used for manufacturing.
Commencing in April, we expect this project to be completed later this year.
